Our Story
Rooted in care. Growing through opportunity.
Radiant Bloom Youth Development is the emerging youth-development initiative of Angelic & Co., founded by Ella Alexandria Love in Selma, Alabama.
We believe young women benefit from being encouraged, trusted with meaningful tasks, and given space to practice. Our work brings that belief into everyday learning through mentorship, creativity, and real-world business experiences.
Our Beginnings
A studio became a place to learn.
Angelic & Co. began with Ella’s personal search for self-care products that suited her and her son’s sensitive skin. What started with making products at home grew into a business shaped by creativity, care, and a desire to help others feel empowered.
In Selma, Ella has also welcomed young women into the Angelic & Co. Studio to learn alongside her. Preparing products, working as a team, and seeing how a business operates have offered opportunities to practice responsibility and discover new interests.
Those experiences are helping shape Radiant Bloom: a community initiative focused on the person learning, not just the product being made.
Our Mission
Helping young women build confidence and practical skills.
Our mission is to help girls and young women grow through hands-on learning, supportive mentorship, and opportunities to explore entrepreneurship.
We want participants to feel that their questions are welcome, their ideas are worth developing, and their next step is something they can begin to work toward.
Our Approach
Learn by doing. Grow with guidance.
Real tasks, real learning.
Product preparation and Radiant Bloom Workshop activities introduce the everyday decisions, care, and collaboration behind a small business.
Encouragement without pressure to be perfect.
We aim to create a welcoming learning environment where participants can ask for help, practice new skills, and learn from mistakes.
Skills that reach beyond the Studio.
Communication, teamwork, responsibility, and problem-solving matter in school and daily life as much as they do in business.
Local relationships, shared possibility.
Radiant Bloom is rooted in Selma. Community support can help us build on these early experiences and make room for more learning opportunities.
Meet Our Founder
Ella Alexandria Love
Founder, Angelic & Co. | Radiant Bloom Youth Development
Ella is an entrepreneur whose work connects creativity, self-care, and community. Through Angelic & Co., she brings the perspective of someone who has turned a personal need into a business—and who wants young women to experience the possibilities of building something themselves.
Radiant Bloom grows from her hands-on mentorship and her commitment to helping young people develop confidence through practice, encouragement, and meaningful responsibility.
Looking Ahead
Building thoughtfully, one experience at a time.
Radiant Bloom is in an early stage of development. Our immediate focus is Bloom & Build, a proposed Radiant Bloom Workshop this Thanksgiving, with a longer-term vision of continued mentorship, career exploration, and practical learning opportunities for young women in our community.
We are seeking partners who want to help shape that growth with care.
