Every girl grows in her own way.
There is no single way to find your confidence, discover your strengths, or take your next step.
At Radiant Bloom, we make room for different beginnings. Through creative experiences, hands-on learning, and caring mentorship, girls and young women can explore what they are capable of—with encouragement along the way.
Blossom. Flourish. Rooted.
Three connected pillars, one shared purpose.
Helping young women grow in confidence, practical skills, and possibility. Mentorship is part of every girl’s workshop experience, while Ella invites a smaller group into the closer internship.

About Rooted
Program one
Blossom Workshops & Camps
A day to create, connect, and blossom.
Blossom brings girls together for structured, full-day workshops and camps in groups of 5–8 girls at a time. Each experience offers a welcoming space to try something new, learn alongside others, and discover the satisfaction of bringing an idea to life.
Guided activities introduce creativity and practical entrepreneurship through projects such as product preparation, packaging, and branding. Teamwork and reflection give participants room to share their ideas, ask questions, and practice with encouragement—not pressure to be perfect.
Experiences may include
- Creative product, packaging, or branding projects.
- Teamwork, communication, and simple business-learning activities.
- Journaling, gratitude, goal-setting, and sharing what was learned.
- Group capacity
- 5–8 girls per group at a time
- Format
- Full-day workshops or camps spanning multiple full days
- Participant ages
- Confirmed for each event so activities fit the group
Every girl who participates in Blossom is already part of Flourish, our mentorship community. The guidance and encouragement are part of the experience—not something she needs to enroll in separately.
Program two
Flourish Mentorship
Caring guidance. Confidence to keep growing.
Flourish is the caring mentorship woven into every girl’s Radiant Bloom workshop experience. Once she participates in the workshops, she is already part of this supportive connection with Ella. There is no separate mentorship program she has to join.
Conversation, creative activities, and gentle guidance offer opportunities to ask questions, explore interests, and practice new skills. The connection can continue through occasional or regular visits, arranged around each girl’s readiness and family schedule.
Experiences may include
- Encouraging conversations about interests, goals, and everyday experiences.
- Simple, supervised creative and workshop activities.
- Opportunities to practice confidence, communication, and responsibility at a comfortable pace.
- For
- Every girl participating in Radiant Bloom’s workshops, including younger participants
- Format
- Occasional or regular workshop visits, arranged in advance
- Participation
- Included through the workshop experience; no separate mentorship enrollment
Girls personally invited into Rooted remain part of Flourish too. Closer involvement adds to the guidance already present; no one needs to become an intern to belong here.
Program three
Rooted Internship
Grow deeper. Put your learning into practice.
Rooted is a closer, invitation-only internship for a smaller group of girls personally selected by Ella, primarily older girls around ages 15 and up. These participants work and learn more closely alongside her in the Angelic & Co. Studio and, when appropriate, at supervised community events.
With ongoing guidance and feedback, girls practice communication, teamwork, and follow-through. They have opportunities to discover their interests, take on age-appropriate responsibilities, and connect practical experience to the possibilities ahead of them.
Experiences may include
- Guided product preparation, labeling, packaging, and workshop organization.
- Learning about planning, presentation, and everyday business decisions.
- Supervised event preparation and appropriate community-event participation with Ella.
- Primary age focus
- Older girls, generally 15+
- Format
- Recurring workshop learning with selected community-event opportunities
- Participation
- By personal invitation from Ella, for a smaller selected group
- Commitment
- A consistent schedule and learning goals agreed with the participant and family
Ella invites girls into Rooted when they are ready for closer involvement and supported responsibility. This is not an automatic next step after a workshop or an open-enrollment internship. It deepens the mentorship already present.
The pillars offer different depths of participation—not different levels of belonging.
Choosing a program

Mentorship begins with the experience.
A girl comes into the workshops to learn, and she is already part of our mentorship community. Some girls stay connected through occasional visits or camps during school breaks; others participate more regularly. Ella personally invites a smaller group into the closer Rooted internship.
Each girl’s involvement is meaningful. If you are new to Radiant Bloom, we can talk through current workshop opportunities and how your girl’s interests, readiness, and schedule can shape her experience.

Her next step can begin with a conversation.
A creative workshop can be the beginning of a caring connection. We would love to share current opportunities and talk about how your girl can learn, feel encouraged, and grow with us.
